“Client center” – special section, for owners of Shturmann car navigators registered at our site.

In the near future the following sections will be organized for you in the Client center:

 

Service department – addresses and phone numbers of our authorized service centers, where you can carry out service and guarantee repairs of your navigator. Work hours and access.

 

Instructions – various instructions on the use of  Shturmann navigators, useful advice and other information.  

 

New card versions – as and when new card versions are issued for our car navigators, you can freely download these versions from this section. You will find detailed instructions here on how to download them properly into your car navigator.  

 

Versions of voice accompaniment – you will have access to files with different voices, the possibility to hear them in advance, as well as instructions on their application.

 

User interface elements design versions  – you can change the user interface design of elements by downloading certain files from the website and installing them in the car navigator. You will have access to files and instructions on their use.

 

Private cabinet – news for clients, discounts and special offers, closed forum section, information on traffic jams, use personal POI.

 

In order to access the section “Client center” you have to purchase the car navigator and complete registration on the website.

During registration, fill all of the required fields, including the ID of the device that you purchased.

This is a 10 digit number, which is marked on the box,  the guarantee coupon and on the back panel of the device.
